The titanium dome tweeter speakers used throughout the Installer series are damped and ferrofluid-cooled for smooth high-frequency performance with stunning clarity over a wide listening area. Mineral-filled polypropylene cone bass/mid drivers feature robust, computer-optimized ferrite magnets and high-output motor structures to deliver detailed midrange performance and clean, extended bass response.

Installer Series speakers feature ultra-low profile, paintable, micro-perforated grilles with no visible bezel for nearly invisible integration into any wall or ceiling. A series of powerful magnets hidden within the speaker quickly secure the grilles in place, reducing the risk of warping or damage during installation. To match the modern aesthetic, optional square louvers are available for most in-ceiling models (excludes all-weather versions).

Carefully hand-built with the finest polyester capacitors and air coils, Installer Series crossovers utilize Martin Logan Vojtko's proprietary topology to achieve low distortion and seamless driver integration. This precisely tuned network preserves even the most microscopic sonic nuances, while handling all the dynamics of any source. Spring-loaded tying posts have a larger wire access hole and connect via a banana plug, pin, or 12AWG bare wire.

A simple and robust mounting locking system allows for quick and hassle-free installation. Screw holes help hold the bit steady, making installation easy. When not in use, the mounting locks are held securely within a self-contained housing. When moved into place, they attach the chassis firmly to the ceiling or wall, increasing the rigidity of the surfaces. If they are ever removed, the latches retract and snap back into their housings. Each speaker includes a full-size installation template with quick reference instructions and die-cut guides for marking the cut hole.
