What are the payment options?

At Concerto Audio we accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa or Mastercard bank card
  • Paypal
  • Bank transfer
  • Customized financing with Aplazame
  • Bizum
If I pay by transfer, will it take longer to receive my purchase?

Yes, unless you make an immediate transfer, as we will start preparing your order as soon as we receive the payment.

My card gives me an error and I can't finish the payment

Check with your bank if it is a card failure. If so, they are the ones who can fix it. If instead the error appears to be caused by our website, please try another form of payment or write to us at concerto@concertoaudio.com so we can look up an alternative.

Can I finance my purchase?

Yes. Directly from our website you can request the financing of your purchase from the Aplazame service by choosing it as the payment method. Aplazame is an external company to Concerto Audio and has its own terms and conditions.

Shipping Questions

What is the minimum order to not pay shipping?

You will have free shipping with your purchase of value equal to or greater than €250.

I need to have my order tomorrow morning. Do you offer the service?

Depende de la hora a la que hagas el pedido y del lugar donde te encuentres. Para un caso tan especial, te recomendamos que nos llames por teléfono al +34 965 14 40 14 para que podamos confirmarte si es posible.

Can I buy online and pick it up at the store?

¡Por supuesto! Además, de este modo, te ahorrarás los gastos de envío. Tan solo tienes que seleccionar la opción “Recoger en tienda” cuando realices tu compra.

How long does shipping take?

La mayoría de envíos llegan entre 24 y 72 horas después de ser entregados a la empresa de transporte. Sin embargo, los pedidos de mayor volumen (como grandes pantallas de cine, altavoces muy pesados, etc.) pueden demorarse algo más.

How can I check the status of my order?

Puedes consultarlo en tu perfil de usuario de nuestra página web, en la sección de Mis Pedidos. Allí saldrá indicado en qué estado se encuentra.

Además, cuando se lo entreguemos a la empresa de transporte, te enviaremos por correo electrónico el número de seguimiento.

Warranty Questions

Do the products have a Spanish guarantee?

Yes. Following European legislation, all products sold by Concerto Audio have a minimum guarantee of 2 years, or 6 months for expendable products.

Who should I contact in case the product arrives wrong?

If your order arrives with any damage to the packaging, you must leave a record when you sign receipt so that, in case of internal damage, we can claim it from the transport company.

Who do I contact if I need to make use of the guarantee?

Depending on the brand and type of product, the guarantee is managed differently.

Warranty Questions

What term do I have for returns?

Fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product.

How can I make a return?

You need to inform us that you are going to make a return before sending it. Get in touch with us by writing to concerto@concertoaudio.com or by calling us by phone.
Subsequently, you will have to send us the item or items you want to return.
We will evaluate that everything is correct and we will refund the amount of the product, or the one that corresponds according to its state.

Can all products be returned?

Yes, unless they are among the following exceptions:

  • Products handled by the customer, with open/damaged packaging or that are returned incomplete both in their main elements and accessories
  • For hygiene reasons, all products that require direct contact with some parts of the body, such as In-EAR Headphones and any other type, whose packaging has been unsealed or the slightest signs of use are detected.

Who pays the shipping costs in case of returns?

The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You can also come to our store at C/Tridente, 35 in Playa de San Juan - Alicante and deliver it to us by hand.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned product, we will check its condition and verify if everything is correct.

To receive a full refund for its value, it is necessary that the product is unopened and in perfect condition.

We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the amount paid as "devaluation" of the item if it is returned unsealed and which may vary from 5 to 25% depending on its condition.

Once the amount to be returned is established, a refund will be made using the same method with which the order was paid..
