Pro-Ject Debut Pro

Created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding of Pro-Ject , the Debut PRO is a very elegant turntable that takes the popular Debut range to a new dimension, thanks to the incorporation of a wide range of technical refinements. First of all, a one-piece 8'6” arm stands out, made of an extremely rigid and carefully cushioned aluminum and carbon fiber sandwich structure, which ensures perfect tracking of the disc groove.

Furthermore, the possibility of adjusting the vertical reading angle (VTA) and the azimuth, as well as the height of the entire assembly, offers the user the possibility of adapting the Debut PRO arm to changes in height, preserving at all times the best possible sound quality. The new Pro-Ject turntable also stands out for the nickel finish of the aluminum parts it incorporates, a complex process that, however, allows us to obtain very high quality components in a sustainable way and thus avoid the use of plastics and of similar materials that age over time.

The Debut PRO, which, as is the norm in all turntables signed by Pro-Ject , uses belt drive, also includes a sophisticated electronic speed control to which is added a new and elaborate motor suspension that guarantees perfect decoupling between himself and the reading system. For its part, the platter itself is made of cast aluminum and includes a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) ring on its inside to absorb possible resonances.

The Debut PRO is completed with the Pick it PRO, a moving magnet (MM) pickup cartridge developed in conjunction with the renowned Danish firm Ortofon and which has been carefully tuned in each and every one of its key components to achieve an absolutely unique sound.
