Marantz PM7000N

The veteran and prestigious Japanese firm Marantz has just launched its first integrated Hi-Fi amplifier equipped with capabilities to facilitate music streaming: the PM7000N. Thanks to the HEOS Built-in functionality, the user can stream music from Amazon Music (HD), Spotify Free and Premium, TIDAL, Deezer and other similar online services, as well as from local music file libraries. Equipped with genuine Marantz technologies, such as the celebrated Current Feedback amplification circuitry topology and Hyper Dynamic Amplification Modules (HDAM), the PM7000N provides a natural sound combined with the extended dynamic range and low distortion required to reproduce without limitations digital music in high resolution. The Marantz also highlights a new and very careful phono section whose input stage incorporates a very high-performance field effect transistor (FET) that provides a high input impedance, eliminates the need to use alternating coupling capacitors and simplifies the audio signal path, thereby reducing distortion and substantially improving the overall purity of the sound.
