Designed to perfectly complement the compact Speaker Box 5 and Speaker Box 10 monitors from Pro-Ject itself, the Sub Box 50 is an elegant and ultra-compact active subwoofer that will give body and emotion to the sound of any equipment, integrating into the time in any space. It is manufactured with highly rigid MDF panels and anti-resonant construction, which guarantees, in conjunction with an audiophile grade amplifier, a perfect platform for the 100 mm lower emission speaker that it incorporates and high reliability. Pro-Ject 's new active subwoofer also impresses in terms of control and connectivity. Thus, it not only includes high-level and low-level stereo inputs, but also a special high-level input that can be used to connect power amplifiers and thus optimize adaptation to the speakers we have. The user also has nine cut-off frequency settings at their disposal, while an effective automatic start mode causes the subwoofer to start up when it detects a signal at any of its inputs and goes into “standby” in the absence of the same.
