Designed and manufactured at JBL's world-renowned acoustic engineering facility in Northridge, California, the HDI-1600 delivers exceptional performance from a compact housing.

This bookshelf speaker features a 2-way design with proprietary High Definition Imaging (HDI) waveguide technology, the proprietary 2410H-2 1-inch (25mm) compression driver, and an aluminum array cone woofer. Advanced 6.5-inch (165mm) for powerful dynamics and incredibly accurate sound reproduction.

The HDI-1600 cabinet is heavily braced to provide a solid acoustic foundation and incorporates a bass-reflex design with rear-firing computer-optimized flared dual ports. The sophisticated curved cabinet features a modern design finished in a high-quality veneer option painted in lacquered black, or in satin walnut or gray oak veneer. A black magnetic grille completes its luxurious appearance.
