New display of Pro-Ject's unique commitment, world number one in turntable sales, to music, The Beatles 1964 Recordplayer, is a showy and, in line with the tradition of the reputed Austrian firm, affordable limited edition turntable - 2,500 units worldwide - based on the Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Esprit SB created by the Austrian firm in collaboration with Universal Music Group. The aforementioned turntable, one of the best-selling products of its class of all time, combines high construction quality and audiophile-grade components, highlighting among them an Ortofon 2M Red pickup capsule, a high-precision aluminum pulley, an electronic control speed, a robust MDF chassis, a methacrylate plate and a completely redesigned motor control. Its most striking element, that is to say the decoration of the plinth, shows copies of entrance tickets corresponding to the legendary world tour of the Beatles in 1964, unanimously recognized as one of the ephemeris of popular music.
