Inspired by the celebrated Forte S model and boasting an eminently classic aesthetic, yet with a visible "high tech" touch as a result of its sophisticated engineering, this punchy 44kg analogue reference source benefits from a mighty plethora of technical innovations born of its manufacturer's passion for audio excellence.
Its elegant and robust chassis is accompanied by a CNC-machined solid aluminium platter with TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) elements inside. This cleverly absorbs resonance and two ultra-quiet, fully isolated DC-driven AC motors ensure smooth and stable rotation at all times.
It also includes such important new components as a newly developed one-piece drive belt, which incorporates carbon fibres in its construction to make it conductive and effectively eliminate static build-up during operation. The F-Dur rests on a solid MDF plinth free of hollow spaces and height-adjustable aluminium feet with damping via TPE inside.
Optionally, this turntable model can be purchased without arm, with carbon black C-Note VT 12" arm and straight type, with chrome-plated steel F- Note HT 12" arm and S-type to which the Jo No. 5 capsule type MC can be added.
