With dazzling aesthetics reminiscent of such iconic McIntosh models as the MC275 tube stereo power amplifier, the MA352 is a 100 per cent analogue stereo integrated amplifier. It features a hybrid circuit architecture that combines a vacuum tube-based preamp section - one 12AX7A and one 12AT7 per channel - with DC-coupled power amplifier circuitry to deliver 200 watts continuous per channel into 8 ohms or 320 watts continuous per channel into 4 ohms.
The MA352 is equipped with a total of 6 inputs divided into 2 balanced line, 3 unbalanced line and 1 phono input for moving magnet (MM) capsules, plus a set of unbalanced outputs.
It also incorporates two of McIntosh 's exclusive Monogrammed Heatsinks to maximise the thermal stability of the advanced high-current, high-speed response transistors in its output section, as well as a 5-band analogue tone control, a high-current Headphone Crossfeed Director (HXD) headphone amplifier, powerful electronic protection and two iconic elements of the American firm: the treated glass front panel and two elegant analogue vumeters with blue backgrounds.
