Inspired by the celebrated Forte S model and boasting an eminently classic aesthetic, yet with a visible "high tech" touch as a result of its sophisticated engineering, this punchy 44kg analogue reference source benefits from a powerful plethora of technical innovations born of its manufacturer's passion for audio excellence.
At its heart is EAT's own refined 12" (304.8 mm) F-Note "J" arm accompanied by a CNC-machined solid aluminium platter with TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) elements inside. This cleverly absorbs any resonance and two ultra-quiet, fully isolated DC-driven AC motors ensure smooth and stable rotation at all times.
It also includes such important new components as a newly developed one-piece drive belt, which incorporates carbon fibres in its construction to make it conductive and effectively eliminate static build-up during operation. Finally, let's highlight that the F-Dur rests on a solid MDF plinth free of hollow spaces and height-adjustable aluminium feet with damping via TPE inside.
