The Forte turntable is a tour de force from the exquisite Slovakian vacuum tube manufacturer EAT to provide vinyl enthusiasts with a source that is sophisticated, elegant and musical in equal measure.
There are many noteworthy elements to this spectacular analogue source, first and foremost the combination of a massive chassis with a very high-mass turntable and the use of magnetic decoupling feet.
In the specific case of the turntable, its structure is also very special in that it consists of two fundamental parts, one made of a soft metal alloy and the other made of a harder alloy (to reduce the energy flow), the whole being magnetically suspended.
Also the drive system (by belt and double motor) and the support of the reading arm have been specially studied to work with the lowest possible level of external interference, making the EAT Forté a turntable in which everything has been thought out to evacuate the slightest excess energy in order to guarantee an absolutely neutral and precise restitution of the content of any vinyl record.
