Sonus Faber Gravis III

A mid-range model in the existing Gravis subwoofer range and specifically designed to combine perfectly with the Olympica Nova collection from Sonus Faber, the Gravis III stands out first and foremost for its truly impressive loudspeaker assembly.

Specifically, it is a 254 mm diameter transducer equipped with a sandwich cone structure consisting of three blades and a beehive-shaped core that gives it extreme rigidity and lightness.

Two features that in combination with a high-powered magnetic motor allow it to travel far without distortion to deliver the most accurate and controlled bass possible. The next important element of the Gravis III is a Class AB amplifier built with audiophile-grade components capable of delivering 600 watts of continuous power and 900 watts of peak power while preserving the harmonic subtleties of the lower octaves of the spectrum.

In addition, a Digital Signal Processor is used to maximise the linearity of the frequency response curve through a series of settings to optimise the dynamic impact and tonal accuracy required for each application.

Finally, the new active subwoofer from Sonus Faber can be fully controlled via a dedicated app.
