Accu Box S2 is a clean battery power supply, specially designed for phono and digital products. It has incredible synergy with all Phono Boxes and turntables (Input voltage at 18V/15V 2.5-2.1mm required).
Using the Accu Box S2 in any of our recommended products, especially for our E, S2 and DS2 product lines, results in a more homogeneous and spacious sound with better separation and imaging. It is not recommended to connect Accu Box S2 to any amplification.
The sound will seem cleaner overall, giving you a relaxed listening experience with mind-numbing sounds. Accu Box S2 uses five rechargeable Li-Pol cells or batteries with a capacity of 2.6Ah. To protect the batteries, Accu Box S2 has protection against overcharge, overdischarge and overcurrent, to guarantee the maximum useful life of our product.
Accu Box S2 also offers a true ground reference for turntables, which kills all possible hum. Additionally, Accu Box S2 also offers a 5V USB A output for other products, such as DACs.
