The top model in the T/x range, the T/9x aims to achieve what befits a high-end subwoofer from REL Acoustics: to provide more of everything, in particular SPL and dynamics, and to do so with elegance in the reproduction of both musical recordings and film soundtracks. In this respect, the T/9x excels in providing an absolutely extraordinary level of intimacy, clarity and speed of response thanks to an ability to reach very high sound pressure levels without sacrificing clarity and transparency. It combines a 254 mm diameter FibreAlloy cone front-emission active driver with a 254 mm diameter FibreAlloy cone front-emission passive radiator, a 300 watts continuous Class AB amplifier and one of REL Acoustics' renowned filter circuitry. The T/9x is rounded off by generous connectivity comprising high level jacks (Neutrik connector), line jacks and an LFE jack (RCA connectors), to which REL Acoustics' Arrow wireless transmission can be added as an option.
