A slightly simplified version of the HT/1205 MKII, the HT/1003 MKII is a sleek, ultra-compact active subwoofer with a perfectly proportioned hermetic enclosure, while being complemented by a solid internal bracing structure that minimises the influence of potential vibrations generated by its new, sophisticated 254 mm diameter (10") CarbonGlas transducer, which is designed for large displacements with almost no distortion.
As for the internal amplifier, it is entrusted to a new-generation design that delivers 300 watts continuous in Class D and allows the HT/1003 MKII, together with REL's renowned PerfectFilters input filters, to deliver 100% higher sound pressure levels - double! - than its predecessor without sacrificing accuracy or musicality.
As far as wired connectivity is concerned, both line and LFE stereo inputs and outputs equipped with RCA connectors are available, with wireless connection via REL HT-Air also possible.
