Based on a fully balanced dual mono design, Moon 810LP is our flagship Evolution Series phono preamplifier. Representing an "all-out assault" on phono preamplification, resulting from a combination of bespoke parts in an ultra-refined audio circuit mounted on a floating suspension and powered by a unique power supply.
Its highly configurable nature selectable gain, impedance loading, capacitance loading and equalisation curves are performed via DIP switches located on the bottom panel. These settings, along with an excellent overload margin, allow it to work with virtually any available phono capsule

- Dedicated audio circuit board mounted on a 5-point gel-based floating suspension derived from our M-Octave damping technology, originally developed for the 850P preamplifier .
- 4 stages with M-LoVo ( Moon Low Voltage) regulation circuitry, a highly sophisticated, virtually noise-free circuit that produces an exceptionally fast, accurate and stable DC voltage. The result is a power supply with a virtually negligible noise level.
- I2DCF (Independent Inductive DC Filtering) power supply voltage regulation; this is a dedicated inductor for each of the integrated components in the circuit (DAC, Op- Amp, etc...) during the signal path of the circuit with a total of 24 stages.
- Selectable equalisation curves for both RIAA and IEC standards.
- Special parts including metallised polypropylene film capacitors with very close tolerances of 1%.
- 4-layer PCBs with pure copper traces for a much shorter signal path: This results in higher sonic accuracy and a significantly improved signal-to-noise ratio.
- Power supply with a "pi-type" filter consisting of 40,000 uF of capacitance and double choke inductance.
- Input and output for remote 12-volt trigger operation.
- Ultra-rigid chassis construction to minimise the effects of external vibration.
