Audeze's goal has always been to connect its users with music in its purest form. Building on the many facets of flat magnetic technology, the Californian company is now launching a new benchmark headset: the LCD-4. "They sound incredibly fast, exciting and wide" they assure from the manufacturer, in the announcement of this launching. They feature nano-scale Uniforce ™ diaphragms and Double Fluxor ™ magnets for stronger magnetic flux density, down to an incredible 1.5 tesla. They also have a new type of suspension thanks to the carbon fiber in the support and, of course, the LCD-4 headphones offer an overwhelming sound with high resolution, transparency and projection, as well as a unique dynamics. Versions for sale in the US will feature Cocobolo wood rings, but in the face of possible restrictions on the export of rare woods, Audeze has been made with 30-year-old Madagascar ebony for use in international shipments. The Audeze LCD-4 headphones will be available in limited quantities that can only be accessed on request. Includes 4-pin mini XLR cable, 6.3 to 3.5mm adapter and professional carrying case.
