The name "ART" in the model number stands for Audio-Technica Reference Transducer, a designation we give only to our reference phono capsules.

The dual voice coils (made of high-performance PCOCC cable) are aligned in an inverted V-shape to provide high separation and wide response for clear sound localisation and minimal distortion.
Threaded capsule mounting holes make installation on a capsule holder or integrated boom an incredibly simple process.
