Invisible loudspeaker
Designed to complete the bass response of JBL's Conceal range of loudspeaker systems, the Conceal C82W is a very high performance subwoofer for custom installations, consisting of two independent blocks or panels.
Each panel includes a high rigidity frame in which the loudspeakers and the usual acoustic components of a conventional "visible" in-wall or in-ceiling loudspeaker enclosure are mounted. The frame attaches directly to the wall/ceiling structure, while the front of each block (a JBL-exclusive FidelityGlass panel whose foundation is a compression-moulded baffle) incorporates a smooth, robust surface that has been designed to be finished in a manner similar to the surrounding environment.
Each block houses two 203 mm diameter woofers that work in tandem with their own panel to deliver impressive bass. The C82W is designed to work with external amplifiers and appropriate equalisation.
