Another substantial innovation incorporated into the MA9500 relates to its DAC functionality, embodied in McIntosh 's sophisticated DA2 module, which gives this new amplifier virtually limitless possibilities thanks to its 7 digital inputs, including an ARC-compatible HDMI input for easy connection to a TV and the unique MCT, which allows DSD data transmission to any of the SACD/CD transport mechanics in the US company's MCT range.
