Astell&Kern improved the prestigious AK UW100 to obtain a more perfect solution. The position of the BA driver has been moved towards the inside of the ear to deliver better audio details more directly, and the acoustic chamber structure and mesh size have been redesigned in accordance with the new BA position to offer better optimal sound output. This new design required numerous attempts to minimize sound diffusion to provide more delicate, dynamic performance and richer high-frequency expression.
