For over 60 years, Audio-Technica has been producing and developing cartridges, and the AT3600L is our most popular MM/VM (electromagnetic) model that generates power with one magnet and one coil. The original ATN3600L was used in Audio-Technica 's AT-PL30 turntable in 1993 and is still used in some of our most popular turntables, such as the AT-SB727 Sound Burger and the AT-LP60X series, due to its stability and reliability.
The ATN3600LC uses a conical stylus that ensures proper contact with the groove of the vinyl record, even if the cartridge is slightly tilted. This model has been updated with a modern design while maintaining the same ease of use, quality and sound fidelity. It is compatible with the ATN3600L, so replacing the cartridge is very simple.

The service life of the replacement stylus is approx. 300 to 500 hours (ATN3600LC) / approx. 300 hours (ATN3600LE).
