Elegant, minimalist aesthetics, robust all-metal construction and balanced and unbalanced inputs for each channel are the hallmarks of the M6x 250, a power amplifier for multi-channel audio and home theatre equipped with some of the technological solutions for which Musical Fidelity is renowned.
Inside, we find a structure with independent Class AB amplifier modules delivering 250 watts continuous each, supported by an opulent power supply featuring two extremely quiet audiophile-grade toroidal transformers with their own encapsulation. This ensures exceptionally clean power delivery, maximising both the level of detail and the dynamic range of the soundstage.
In addition, the sophisticated design of the M6x 250's heat dissipation system eliminates the need for forced cooling by keeping the operating temperature under control at all times.
The new multi-channel power amplifier from Musical Fidelity comes complete with high quality connection terminals to ensure a perfect connection to the speakers, plus the ability to send the same signal to multiple inputs via RCA sockets for routing/distribution.
