Amplifier with DAC
Conceived to become the nerve center of a high-performance stereo system, the 9000A is more powerful and versatile than any of the models that precede it, fusing, under a purist soul conception and with the complement of distinguished aesthetics, analog connectivity (new phono section included) and high-end classic digital with wireless connectivity (Bluetooth aptX HD) for portable devices and a unique dedicated headphone amplifier.
The available power is 100 continuous watts in Class AB per channel over 8 ohms, accompanied by the dynamic capacity that has made Audiolab so famous, while the DAC section combines the celebrated “chip” with 32-bit Saber ES9038PRO technology from ESS Technology and an analog circuitry with Complementary Feedback (CFB) topology.
In terms of digital compatibility, the 9000A can play files encoded in PCM up to 32-bit/768 kHz, DSD up to DSD512 and MQA. The new Audiolab is Roon Tested approved, while its menu management from an elegant and generous display screen with IPS LCD technology provides the user with great customization capacity.

CD transport
A perfect complement to the 9000A integrated amplifier with built-in DAC functionality, the 9000CDT is a CD transport mechanism designed for demanding audiophiles who want to get the most out of the dean of digital audio formats.
To do this, it mounts a high-precision optical reading block that, acting in conjunction with an intermediate data stage, allows, by drastically reducing reading errors, to capture all the subtleties contained in the “grooves” of ones and zeros. of a compact disc.
On the other hand, and in order to ensure that the signal reaching the DAC is as pure as possible, the coaxial output of the 9000CDT is fed by a differential line driver circuit.
As for the crucial master clock, it is controlled by an extremely precise quartz oscillator that ensures extraordinarily low jitter levels on the digital outputs.
In the mechanical field, the Audiolab stands out for its low-friction transport block with loading tray, mounted in its own enclosure shielded against electromagnetic interference and with a dedicated power supply, to which we must add the aluminum construction of its base. and its chassis.
Characteristics:
- CD transport mechanics with exceptional quality/price ratio.
- Latest generation transport block with loading tray.
- Transport block mounted in an armored enclosure.
- Digital separator stage to maximize reading accuracy.
- Master synchronization clock with very high precision and low level of “jitter”.
- Very low noise power supply.
- Base and chassis built in aluminum.
- Front function display with IPS LCD screen.
- Interactive Graphical User Interface (GUI).
- Coaxial (1) and optical (1) digital outputs.
- USB-A connection compatible with WAV, WMA and AAC files.

Floor speakers
The new flagship of the Lumina range, the Lumina V is a three-way bass-reflex floor-standing loudspeaker that incorporates innovative electro-acoustic solutions to set a new benchmark for products in its class and price range.
Two of the most relevant of these innovations are the lute shape of the internal chamber of the midrange/treble block and the use of a hybrid crossover filter for the mid and high frequencies, which combines the new IFF technology of Sonus Faber with the Paracross circuit topology of the Italian company.
In the first case, this is an iconic element of Sonus Faber, as it is a unique feature of the brand since its introduction for the first time in the 90's of the last century, aiming to maximise the structural rigidity and sonic performance of the midrange loudspeaker while simultaneously reducing standing waves within the volume of the acoustic load. The Hybrid IFF-Paracross Solution filter network combines the IFF - Interactive Fusion Filtering - technology first used in the Maxima Amator column with the above-mentioned Paracross topology of Sonus Faber, in which reactive components (coils and capacitors) are placed in the negative path of the circuitry.
Among the most significant benefits provided by this strategy is the reduction of the Counterelectromotive Force of the loudspeakers, which allows them to work with a maximum degree of interconnectivity and in an organic manner, while reducing the filter's sensitivity to radio frequencies.
