The Nines powered monitors provide surround sound without taking up a lot of space thanks to a built-in amplifier that is custom designed for these high-performance speakers, maximising output and sound quality.
The Nines incorporate individual ultra-low noise amplifiers that are custom designed to maximise system performance and eliminate the need for external amplification. The world-class engineers at Klipsch selected and tuned the components to be an absolutely perfect match, making the system sound incredibly immersive and full. The Nines are also bi-amplified, which enhances clarity and output.
The Nines feature 1" titanium tweeters on Tractrix® horns, a patented technology that has been the driving force behind the impressive precision of Klipsch's acoustics. Each powered monitor also features an 8" long-throw woofer and is acoustically damped to provide enhanced bass.
Whether connected to a turntable, television, computer or smartphone, the Nines provide the solution. The Nines are equipped with a built-in phono preamp, Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI-ARC, digital optical, analogue RCA and USB inputs, allowing you to enjoy superior stereo sound from a beautifully designed stereo system.
As the human ear perceives frequencies differently with variations in output, the Nines will dynamically match the ear's ability to hear lower frequencies. Usually only available on audio/video receivers, dynamic volume is a first for active monitors from Klipsch. What you get is powerful bass whether the listening volume is low, high or in between.
Nines active monitors also feature 192 kHz / 24-bit decoding for flawless reproduction of high-resolution audio tracks from your PC or streaming source.
The Nines include a subwoofer output so you can easily add a powered subwoofer.
