Different in design than many other alignment jigs, the Align it DS3 traces the entire path traveled by the arm from the external to the internal “null point”, making adjustment easy for beginners and professionals alike, while avoid the need to have the turntable platter constantly rotating when going from the first to the second of the aforementioned points during cartridge alignment.
The Align it DS3 remains fixed in its position and the user does not have to worry about obtaining the correct position every time, which is the advantage of marking the entire arc traveled by the arm on the template. This template, on the surface of which the Baerwald, Löfgren B and Stevenson alignment geometries are printed, is suitable for all Pro-Ject turntables, as well as for many models from other manufacturers, depending on the distance between the arm rotation axes ( pivot) and plate.
Characteristics:
- Template with exceptional quality/price ratio for capsule alignment.
- Suitable for all Pro-Ject turntables.
- Suitable for reading arms from other manufacturers.
- Overhang, azimuth and tangentiality adjustments.
- 3 alignment geometries: Baerwald, Löfgren B and Stevenson.
- Alignment curves for 8'6", 9", 10" and 12" reading arms.
- Construction in methacrylate.
- Made in Europe.
