JBL Stage 240B + JBL Stage 245C + JBL Stage 200P

Designed at JBL’s renowned Acoustic Engineering Center of Excellence in Northridge, California, the Stage 245C is a center channel speaker designed to integrate seamlessly with the rest of the Stage 2 system, whether floorstanding, bookshelf or even wall-mounted.

This speaker features 2.5-way drivers with state-of-the-art High-Definition Imaging (HDI) patented waveguide geometry, 25mm anodized aluminum dome tweeters, and four 114mm polycellulose ribbed cone drivers for crisp, clear vocals.

After extensive study of previous waveguide designs, JBL has developed a complex new geometry that improves directivity, reduced diffraction and an overall neutral frequency response both on and off axis. The Stage 2 HDI is coupled with an anodized aluminum dome tweeter for improved efficiency and dynamics. This new design delivers a neutral frequency response both on and off axis.

The crossovers installed in the Stage 2 line are made from premium components. The high-frequency section features air-core inductors and mylar capacitors that reduce distortion and improve sonic performance. The low-frequency section includes laminated core inductors and electrolytic capacitors. These premium materials can handle more power and transmit energy more quickly, elevating system performance.

Active subwoofer

Designed at JBL’s renowned Acoustic Engineering Center of Excellence in Northridge, California, the Stage 200P is a 300W powered subwoofer that seamlessly matches the entire Stage series and delivers the low frequency response customers want.

This subwoofer features a 250mm high-oscillation polycellulose low-frequency driver with two rear-oscillating ports that deliver deep, powerful, signature JBL bass. A full complement of controls provides easy system integration.

Each Stage 2 Series speaker features ribbed polycellulose cone drivers. The pure pulp cone has a proprietary blend of other materials added to enhance its rigidity, and the ribbed details are reminiscent of legendary JBL designs. These speakers produce deep, accurate bass that fills the entire space.

The built-in high-performance 300-watt amplifier delivers unforgettable, impactful sound quality worthy of the JBL name. The 200P can be placed anywhere in the room and connects to your AVR to create a stereo or multi-channel home cinema system with impressive bass and unprecedented performance.

The 200P’s bass reflex design uses two asymmetrical, back-vibrating ports. This new asymmetrical design reduces the velocity of air as it exits the speaker enclosure, eliminating any chafing or sound coloration.
