From an electro-acoustic point of view, the Lumina I uses a 2-way, 2-speaker bass-reflex configuration, namely one of the iconic hand-coated silk dome tweeters D.A.D. (Damped Apex Dome) used in the Sonus faber Sonetto range and a newly developed midwoofer equipped with a multi-fibre cone, the whole being managed by a unique topology frequency divider filter executed with audiophile-grade components.
As far as the finish is concerned, to the multilayer real wood front panel (walnut and matt wenge with maple inserts) must be added the cladding of the rest of the panels with the now iconic Sonus faber black leather.
