The most compact of the subwoofers with an airtight enclosure in Martin Logan 's renewed range of Dynamo active subwoofers combines a 254 mm diameter inverted peripheral suspension polypropylene cone speaker with a 300 W continuous amplifier, in order to offer the maximum performance and versatility for an extremely competitive price.

Equipped with Line, LFE and High Level inputs, the Dynamo 800X provides unprecedented detail and punch in bass reproduction, an exceptional response curve extension and a sound pressure level capable of meeting the demands stricter both in music and in cinema.

Among the numerous and highly innovative engineering solutions incorporated in this versatile subwoofer, the first highlight is the use of inverted peripheral suspensions in the speaker it incorporates, which is combined with a high-power magnetic motor and an ultra-light and rigid diaphragm to guarantee high displacements required to obtain extraordinarily natural bass in each application.

Regarding the internal amplifier, the Dynamo 800X uses a high-efficiency design configured in Class D equipped with very high-quality MOSFET transistors, transformers and noise suppression circuits, to which are added the sophisticated IME filter (“Inverse Mathematical Equalization' or Inverse Mathematical Equalization Filters'), which allows obtaining a much more precise low frequency response than that provided by the simple second order, high Q filters commonly used in subwoofers of the same price level.

Likewise, the dedicated control app for iOS and Android Martin Logan Sub Control App allows precise configuration of the different settings, while the renowned Anthem Room Correction (ARC) system, with management app available for PC , iOS and Android guarantees perfect adaptation to the unique characteristics of each room.
