FINAL AUDIO F7200 HEADPHONES
The Final Audio F7200 are sleek, tiny in-ear headphones. Headphones that are also extraordinarily light and comfortable thanks to the use of extremely precise engineering. The first key design element of these fascinating in-ear headphones is a “helmet” created to optimize the distance between the eardrum and the transducer. In this way, the user can place the headset both in the back area and at the entrance of the ear canal, as well as modify the sound quality by choosing between different “plugs”, which in turn can be made of silicone or foam. And this is not all, because the user can also change the position of the "plug" so that the sound is focused directly on it, which is also an effective way to adjust the sound quality. Regarding the acoustic / electroacoustic part itself, the F7200 stand out for combining a sophisticated and tiny transducer of the type “Balanced Armature” (“Balanced Armature”) of full range (“full range”) with a “helmet” precisely. machining that blocks potential vibrations and helps to maximize sound cleanliness.
The F7200s use a 5.5 mm diameter hull made of stainless steel, the transducer being located in the central part of it. An impedance of 42 ohms facilitates the full compatibility of the new Finals with the vast majority of portable devices commonly used to excite in-ear headphones, read "smartphones" of all kinds, but also portable audio players specifically, such as those manufactured by Apple or Astell. & Kern, to give two strong examples. Another fundamental engineering element of the F7200s is the unique high precision “F” -shaped MMCX connector they incorporate, tailor-made for Final Audio. Add to that an amazing connection cable with high-purity silver-plated OFC copper conductors, which has been specifically designed to maximize parameters such as the amplitude of the soundstage or the extension of the bass response. This fundamental component is complemented by a rigorous selection of insulating material, based on specially treated polyethylene with an external PVC sheath. Why did we say awesome? Well, because the cable of yore is not only very attractive and "different", but also has very special qualities since it is the same one that uses the most powerful of the "Made in Japan" supercomputers of the moment, a cable, manufactured by the Japanese firm Junkosha and capable of reaching transmission speeds of the order of 95% of the speed of light. The F7200s have a sensitivity of 106 dB / mW, which in combination with 23 grams of weight makes the Finals the perfect companion for any portable device intended for listening to music.
